Carrie Underwood gave her fans a scare during her performance at the Carolina Country Music Fest in Myrtle Beach this month. The country music singer rocked the crowd during some strong weather as she endured the pouring rain to finish up her set. However, she didn’t falter. Meanwhile, Carrie Underwood’s fall was likely particularly scary for fans who remembered a horrible injury she previously suffered due to a terrible fall. Back in 2017, the singer fell at her home and had to be rushed to the hospital. She received 40 stitches and stayed out of the spotlight until she was healed. However, she did admit that she worried her appearance would be altered due to the injury, per Hello Magazine.
“In the beginning, I didn’t know how things were going to end up. It just wasn’t pretty,” she said before adding: “I have a dedicated team of professionals who can spackle and paint and paste. Every day I’m feeling a little more back to normal,” Underwood said at the time.
However, this time around it seems that all is well. Carrie Underwood’s fall didn’t appear to cause any damage to the singer. In fact, it may have made her fans love her even more.
