The country singer, 39, continues to feature regularly on the Instagram run by her Fit52 app. In 2020, Carrie Underwood founded her Fit52 workout app, which was released alongside her Find Your Path book. Now, the blonde is busting out gym moves in a new reel. Showing off her jaw-dropping figure in a tight spandex look, Carrie Underwood stunned Instagram fans while delivering a yoga mat-set butterfly stretch. She also worked other muscles while kicking off her footage in flimsy gym shorts.

The video very briefly opened with Carrie delivering a quad stretch while rocking white shorts and a tank.
The American Idol winner was already flaunting her world-famous legs with footage then showing how she achieves her rock-hard body. Carrie was filmed reaching forward to touch her toes for a runner’s stretch on a yoga mat, low-key showing off her figure in tight leggings and a tank top.

Going more unusual for another stretch in the same trendy outfit, Carrie Underwood showed her Instagram fans a butterfly stretch. Sitting down with her legs in a frog-like position, the blonde pushed her legs down toward the mat before going for a puppy pose. She was also joined by other models for the “Post-Run Stretch” video.
One of Underwood’s captions read:
