Workout Queen Carrie Underwood Knows Good Business
Addressing her Instagram army, Carrie Underwood wrote:
“Who loves a good stretch?🙋🏼♀️ fit52.com 💪🏻.” Confirming her message was a repost from Fit52, Underwood added: “Sweat, stretch, cool down, repeat! Taking time to cool down after a workout is a great way to restore, recharge, and prevent injury. Stretching is also a perfect way to practice a little self care. 🙏”
