- Go to the hidden merchant in the Northeast Ograne.
- Buy the Devine Bell for 3750 Coins.
- Go to the Whirpool in the Southwest of the Arkant Archipelago.
- Use the Devine Bell to unlock the Whirlpool, and you will enter the Secret Place.
Island Under Ground area
- Recruit all Clan members to reach Clan level 3 in the game. This is necessary to enter through the entrance. Otherwise, the guard will not let you in.
- Go to the southeast of the Arkant Archipelago, as per the above map, and you will be allowed to enter the Secret Place.
