Now, six years later, the exes have yet to settle the financial issues within their divorce settlement, and there is seemingly no end in sight. The duo have been battling back and forth over money despite the fact that Dewan has moved on with their current fiancee, Steve Kazee, whom she shares two children with. “Unfortunately, this case has dragged on for six years because Channing has unrealistic expectations of divorce and how marital assets are to be divided in California,” an insider tells the outlet. “Their case will never end until Channing gets reasonable and meets Jenna in the middle.”
Meanwhile, Tatum’s lawyers claim that he’s tried everything to settle the matter. He’s reportedly attended multiple mediations and made several settlement proposals. Tatum and Dewan share one child together, daughter Everly. They have worked out the other aspects of their divorce but continue to butt heads over money.
Additionally, fans are weighing in and some have compared Jenna Dewan to the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie, who are also going through messy divorces. JLo recently filed to end her marriage to Ben Affleck. Meanwhile, Jolie and Brad Pitt have been fighting over the financial issues in their divorce since 2016.
