With her only daughter Violet barely a month short of turning 14, Christina Milian is setting her on the right track to inheriting those genes, one secret at a time. Their latest mother-daughter adventure involved a rendezvous at a famed gym in Paris which the star swears by.
Via Instagram stories, Christina Milian shared a video from the gym’s interiors, featuring her and her daughter Violet keeping warm in bulky jackets worn over their workout tights. The crooner filmed the video with her daughter by her side, wearing a white sweater. The duo appeared elated with smiles on their faces as Christina introduced the youngster to the world, announcing she was at the Orange Theory Fitness in Paris for her first private training. At the end of the video, Violet admitted she was excited to commence her training.
Before their round of workouts, the singer and her daughter took a break to check out their training levels. In another clip captioned “time for some mother-daughter fitness,” Violet looked tensed as she watched the screen showing her and Christina’s respective performance levels. Christina Milian and her daughter took photos together in their workout gear, with their gym instructor joining them for some post-workout shots.
