Now, a Colorado nurse has found herself at the center of another troubling incident after a road rage confrontation with another driver crossed into what appeared to be outright racism.
The confrontation was filmed in Arvada after a woman, dressed in scrubs, apparently believed another driver had cut her off. She opens the exchange by asking, “Are you dumb? Do those glasses work?” and accuses the driver of nearly hitting her.
A woman recording the incident tells her to leave the driver alone, but the nurse continues. Her boyfriend also joins the exchange, asking the driver why they pulled over. When the driver says they do not know what the couple is talking about, the nurse calls them “dumb” and says, “Go back to Mexico.”
The argument continues after the video cuts. The nurse repeatedly mocks the other driver and uses a childish “have a good day, bye-bye” tone. Her boyfriend also appears to make a comment about the driver not being able to speak English.
The driver responds that they understand everything being said and later tells the couple, “I didn’t use any bad words.” The nurse continues arguing, accusing the driver of trying to run into her and questioning why they should be driving.
At another point, the nurse tells the driver, “Oh baby, you don’t understand a *expletive* word that I am saying. You shouldn’t be driving.” She then appears to explain traffic rules, including that drivers are supposed to stop when the light is red.
The video cuts again, and when it resumes, the nurse can be heard telling the other driver to “get the *expletive* out.”
The video was shared on TikTok by @at.colorado, although the caption says the platform removed the audio. It was later reshared on Reddit by r/PublicFreakout.
