Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! now has a release date thanks to a press release from developer and publisher Vertigo Gaming Inc. The unfinished food truck simulator game has been available to purchase as a part of Steam’s Early Access program and on GOG, but the final release will be here on Oct. 14. Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! will release on Xbox One, Switch, and PC (through Steam and GOG). It will later release for PlayStation 4 and Amazon’s cloud gaming service, Luna.
Creator and lead game designer, David Galindo, is excited for the series to make its way to a cloud gaming platform:

“I’m so excited to be a part of Amazon’s new game service โ€“ the tech powering the game is, quite frankly, incredible. As a dev it was one of the easiest platforms I’ve ever developed for, and I can’t wait for people to try our game and so many other indie greats on Luna!”

Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! will retail for $19.99, but if you get it in Early Access on Steam or GOG before the final release you can save $5, and if you get it before Oct. 8 you can save an additional 25%. To celebrate the upcoming release, Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2 (check out our review) will be free to play on Steam from now until next Monday.

Cook, Serve, Delicious!

Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?!ย puts players in charge of a robotically-staffed food truck participating in the Iron Cook Foodtruck Championships. Set in 2042, players will travel across the war-torn United States to compete. With hundreds of levels, players can attempt fast-paced challenges, or relax in the new Chill Mode, which can be turned on or off at any time.

The Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! campaign can be played alone or with a friend using an on the fly drop-in drop-out multiplayer system. Players will also be able to customize the way they play with more than 200 different foods to choose from and truck upgrades that affect both cosmetics and gameplay. It seems very fun, but I’d like to hear your thoughts. Will you be delivering meals to hungry customers? Let me know in the comments!
