Join Crash Bandicoot, Coco, Aku Aku, and even Dr. Neo Cortex as they race their way to Nintendo Switch Online. The whole gang is speeding for free this week as a free game trial. Starting December 30, 2020 (today!), the Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled is free on Nintendo Switch and runs until January 5.
Announced by Nintendo’s official Twitter account, fans of the iconic bandicoot can now sample the game for free as long as you’re in North America and Europe. Of course, you will need a Nintendo Switch Online account. If you’re new to the console and its online service, it costs $3.99 per month, $7.99 for three months, or $19.99 for 12 months. You can test out the waters with a seven-day trial. By subscribing, you can make the most out of your Switch as you can do online gameplay, you can save data on the cloud, and get special offers such as this one.
And if you’re going to test out Crash Team Racing, you will get it as a full game during the trial period. It should have a temporary Home icon for easy access. This also means you can save and keep your files to use after purchasing the game.
Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled has been out since July 21, 2019. The game was developed by Beenox and published by Activision.
