Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled has only been out since 21 June and already, gamers have some brand new extra content to look forward to.
That’s right. The Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled Grand Prix is coming up. This free downloadable content, titled Nitro Tour, will enable the player to take part in ‘Grand Prix challenges’. These challenges will increase their ‘Nitro Gauge’ with ‘Nitro Points’ that can be used to purchase rewards.
Among the possible rewards is a new character in the form of Tawna (Crash’s love interest from the first game), new characters skins, new karts and extra customisation items. All of the above can also be found in the in-game ‘Pit Stop’ as part of the game’s Nitro Tour event. Among the extra playable characters are the Nitro Squad, who can be bought as usual with the Wumpa Coins earned during gameplay.
And if that weren’t enough, Crash Team Racing players are treated with a brand new track called Twilight Tour, a level with Middle-Eastern influences. It also comes complete with a day and night cycle. Check this out and the other delicious content previously mentioned in the video below:
