My fellow soulslike fans, brace yourselves because there might be a remaster of one coming soon. No, it isn’t Bloodborne (even if we’ve prayed for that for years). Instead, it seems that new information points to a Dark Souls 3 Remaster being already in development. As always, take this with a grain of salt, as it is only a rumor, but if it turns out to be true, many people already seem disappointed. Yes, there will also be a few excited people who want to play this masterpiece again, but so far, the consensus is that many deem this “unnecessary.”

Of course, it didn’t take long for the information to start circulating online, and to everyone’s surprise, many were not that excited about it. Looking at the r/PS5 subreddit, the general reactions have not been too positive.
This first one hits right in the feels, as we’ve all been waiting for a new version of Bloodborne. If it happens, fine, we’ll all surely play it. We can all agree that this game is one of the best FromSoftware has created. Still, there are other titles that could use a fresh coat of paint, and Bloodborne is surely one of them. But then again, we’ll all just have to keep dreaming of the day when we’ll see Yharnam in a new light.
