It seems whenever there’s a Karen involved, you never quite know what kind of meltdown you’re going to get. Sometimes it’s a racist tirade, and other times it’s just anger. While a normal person would shrug their shoulders over an inconvenience, one Karen in Tennessee just had to get crazy and vent their frustration out on another person. And all it took was the poor victim simply having their blinkers on in traffic. The Karen couldn’t be normal about it, either.
TikToker Weirdhollow farm posted a video of a woman who had driven up alongside her and her husband in traffic. In the most annoyingly sweet voice, “Hi beautiful! You’re so precious.”
At first, the TikToker and her husband are completely dumbfounded, but then the Karen shows her true intentions. She immediately berates them, saying, “You’re a stupid [expletive] and you’re going to sit there with your flashers on!” in that same sickly-sweet drawl.
“You didn’t do that? You didn’t do that?” the Karen repeatedly asks, while giving them a look of pure disgust and continuously calling the TikToker “precious,” as if she’s auditioning for Gollum (and people in the comments were quick to realize, too).
The Karen then adds, incredulously, “Sit in public traffic with blinkers on and then wonder why somebody gets mad. Are you recording me? I hope you are. Santa loves naughty girls.” I mean, to act like that, knowing you’re being recorded, you have to be a few bolts shy of being Frankenstein’s monster. And why is she cool with getting coal from Santa?
To end her tirade—for merely having blinkers on, apparently—the Karen drops her ‘sweet’ demeanor and says “Die! Burn in hell,” and a middle finger to cap off the exchange.
My question is: What was the point of all that? Was she in such a hurry to get somewhere she just had to lay in on someone for blinkers? Half the time people in the U.S. forget their turn signals, let alone blinkers. Cut people some slack. Sheesh! The only way this makes any sense is simple: Karens are just miserable people and want to make it miserable for everyone else.
As one commenter pointed out, “You know she will be at church smiling on Sunday.” Mhm! The kind of Christian ‘love’ that compels them to pray for your eternal damnation.
“The silence just kept making her more angry,” another remarked. The woman recording is incredibly patient, that’s for sure.
Another person asked, “You think she has ‘in this house, we serve the Lord’ on her walls?” Knowing how Southern Karens operate and the show they put on for others in public, that’s probably the case. I’d bet money on it.
