Princess Diana conspiracy theories take a creepy turn as an AI photo depicting her with her grandkids makes the rounds across the internet. The late Princess of Wales passed away almost three decades ago in a devastating accident following a paparazzi car chase in Paris, France. She left behind her then teenage sons, Prince Harry and Prince William, who have since grown into adults, building their own families. While Princess Diana Conspiracies have run wild since her demise in 1997, the advent of AI and deepfakes has taken these theories to new levels, with most AI art recreating moments with her sons or portraying her in some of her most iconic outfits, making them as real as it gets.
However, recent AI photos of the late Princess making the rounds have gone beyond outfits mimicry, crossing a line Diana fanatics deem unacceptable. One such AI photo has since sparked outrage across social media, with the late Princess’ fans slamming the creation as a desecration of the legendary “Queen of Hearts.”
Princess Diana Poses With Grandkids in Disturbing AI Photo

A copy of the AI photo shared on Reddit shows an older-looking depiction of Princess Diana in a white shirt, sitting down and surrounded by depictions of her grandkids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet.
While Louis and Archie appeared to twin with the late princess in the photo, her granddaughters Charlotte and Lilibet twinned in sky blue dresses, with the older princess even carrying Charlotte on he lap. Everyone in the pic appeared excited, smiling heartily like the picture-perfect family.
Reacting to the photo, enraged netizens have since slammed the creation as disturbing, sick, and creepy. One angry fan described the AI-generated photo of Princess Diana with her sons’ kids as “beyond disgusting, itโs morbid and crass,” while another declared it “gross and weird.” Diana fans also slammed the creator of the AI photo, ruling that no one in their right mind would create such a “monstrosity,” desecrating the dead. One fan raged on Reddit,
“Creepy doesn’t come close! I mean, who in their right mind would think that is an appropriate photo to submit?! …..The Only ones who would present something so disturbing would be Hank’s ILBW’s Sugars, led by that oily Christopher Bouzy hanger-on person. Silly people hoping to get a rise out of those who just shake their heads at such foolishness.”
Another fired,
“This creation that ignores and yes, desecrates, the Veil between Life and Death is – at every level – seriously creepy and disturbing.
A third added,
“This is not only sick, but seriously deranged.”
A fourth shot,
“This is absolutely atrocious.”
Critics also described the AI photo as a creepy royal fanfic, rendering the most hideous conspiracy theories about Princess Diana, most notably those suggesting she survived the car chase.
How Old Would Princess Diana Have Been Today?

The People’s Princess died in August 1997 following an accident at the Pont de l’Alma tunnel while fleeing relentless reporters. Her demise took the world by storm, as before then, the world adored the Princess, who captured the hearts of millions with her warm interactions with commoners. Before her death, the People’s princess already had a fallout with the royal family, in the wake of her controversial BBC interview, and finalising her divorce from then-Prince Charles.
During the interview, Diana shared scathing details about her marriage to Charles and his affair with a third party, widely presumed to be Queen Camilla. Her dwindling relationship with the royals in the years leading to her death, and her relationship with billionaire Dodi Fayed, further fueled conspiracy theories suggesting the Princess’ car crash was part of a dark plot to end her life. Decades later, the icon, who would have turned 64 this year, remains a legend to royal fans, who honor her memory and continue pouring yearly tributes to her via various means. Regardless, an AI depiction with her grandkids just might have gone a little too far.
