Cruel Pennsylvania Class Bully Made Boy Eat Food Out Dirty Toilet, Making Him Severely Sick: ‘This Is Super Illegal, Right?!’

Adults can be very cruel, and you needn’t look further than all of human history to realize that. However, kids can be just as brutal towards each other, and in many instances, the excuse of “not knowing any better” doesn’t apply. Such can be said for a class bully of a school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who made one 14-year-old boy eat food that was soaked in a dirty toilet. It wasn’t until half a day had passed that the child had to visit the doctor because of vomiting and diarrhea.

The 14-year-old’s father was furious, and rightfully so. “This is super illegal right?!?” the dad exclaimed in a post on r/legaladvice. “Can I press charges against this boy who did this? Is the school liable somehow?” Fortunately, the school is very apologetic, which could be helpful if things are taken to court. The dad also made sure to have a paper trail documenting everything that the school and the doctor said, along with his son’s testimony.

“He was told it was a dirty toilet bowl the apples were dipped and swirled around in,” the worried dad explained. “He then tells me his class bully put apple slices in the toilet about 12 hours prior to him becoming ill and gave them to my son.” The cruel bully told the 14-year-old what he’d done only after he ate the slices. Eating from a toilet is dangerously unhygienic, but consuming something put into a publicly shared toilet is certainly worse.

One person in the post’s comment section suggested taking things to the school’s resource officer or taking things further to the local authorities. The school’s superintendent would also definitely be of help. Hopefully, the father and the son get justice for what happened, with no long-term damage to the child’s digestive tract.

Regardless of whether the dad gets anything out of taking the class bully’s family to court, the parents or guardians should be informed of the situation and nip things in the bud. Otherwise, their child’s harassment will only get worse.
