That’s exactly what appears to have happened at a European Wax Center location in O’Fallon, Illinois, where a TikTok user says a routine appointment turned into an unexpected meltdown. A creator known online as @TheRealDollFaceKilla went viral after posting a video describing a tense encounter with her waxer. In the video, she claims that what started as a normal Brazilian wax took a shocking turn when the waxer allegedly became upset and told her to leave mid-session. The Illinois woman said she was left partially undressed and exposed as the employee reportedly stormed out of the room, shouting from the hallway and leaving the door open.
According to the TikToker, other staff members quickly stepped in to help, offering to remove the remaining wax and apologizing for the situation. She also claimed that a manager later asked her to delete a video she had recorded after the incident, a request she says she refused.
The original TikTok, captioned “RANT ALERT,” has drawn thousands of views and a flood of comments from users reacting with shock, sympathy, and curiosity. “Why is she that mad…” one commenter wrote. The video itself doesn’t show the start of the argument, leaving viewers to speculate about what might have triggered the waxer’s reaction.
Later, the creator posted an update saying that her Google review of the incident was deleted. That review provided additional details, including that she had requested a small section of hair be left untouched, but the waxer allegedly ignored the instruction. When the client pointed it out, the employee supposedly flew off the handle.
Although the review had a rant-like tone, it was not overly aggressive and offered a detailed account of what happened. It was later removed by the platform for “violating community guidelines,” along with a message encouraging “respectful and authentic reviews.”

One commenter claimed, “OMG I had her too in 2024. She was on her phone between strips during my Brazilian and I felt so uncomfortable knowing she could take photos.”
