For now, no one knows what the new James Bond film holds, but fans can expect a spin in the plot as Daisy May Cooper may star as chief spy “M.”
Action flick lovers would agree that James Bond films have only gotten better over the years. In 1962, the first production featured Sean Connery. Actors like George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan, and Daniel Craig have played the English detective.
But for the first time in years, the latest installment teased fans with an equally intelligent female detective. Fans would also recall that Craig’s chief spy, M has been played by a woman for some time.
Judi Dench showed girl power in her consistency. She has been a constant in seven James Bond films. But it looks like she will retire from the role in the new film.
Sources confirm that the baton will now be passed to 36-year-old Daisy May Cooper.

Daisy May Cooper in New James Bond Film as chief Spy “M”
In the hope of a dynamic twist in the new film, production managers thought about Daisy May Cooper. They considered that the actress would bring her role to life while adding a bit of spice.
This is not the first time the franchise will cast chief spy “M.” But this is Cooper’s first time in any James Bond movie. Former stars who embodied the roles include Judi Dench and Ralph Fiennes.
Daisy May Cooper in the “James Bond” film must have been facilitated by her pal, friend Phoebe Waller-Bridge. The 37-year-old joined the film as a script consultant.
This James Bond film is a shift from the last “No Time To Die” which starred star actor, Craig. Following his exit from the franchise, producers planned to change the storyline.
An insider revealed:
“With Daniel leaving, it seemed the time to start looking at changes across the board and the dynamic between Bond and ‘M’ is at the heart of the films.”
