Losing a loved one without warning can leave a family devastated and desperate for answers. One minute they are present and full of life; the next comes news of a fatal crash. The grief is even heavier when the death involves a suspected drunk driver. A Dallas woman, now living through that heartbreak, is asking the public for information about her brother’s sudden death.

In a TikTok video, she explained that her 25-year-old brother was hit and killed around 6:30 a.m. on September 12 while on his way to work. “My brother was unalive by a drunk driver, an illegal immigrant,” she said, adding that he had only recently moved to Dallas and was his parents’ only son.

The woman pleaded for anyone with information about the crash near Lancaster or Dallas to speak up. “We don’t have the police report in yet, but we need help. We need a lawyer. This will not get swept under the rug,” she said. According to her, authorities warned that because the case is being treated as a homicide, the full report could take months.

The deceased left behind a fiancée, a three-year-old daughter, a four-year-old son who has autism, and an unborn child. “They were just talking about wedding colors,” the woman said, describing how close he was to building a future with his family.
