Fallen actor Danny Masterson has been in three different prisons during his first year of incarceration. The That 70s Show and The Ranch star is having difficulty adjusting to his new everyday life, and things could get very difficult for him as his sentence continues.
Danny Masterson’s Life Unrecognizable in Prison
Celebrity Danny Masterson was sentenced to 30 years in prison on September 7, 2023, after being convicted of raping two women in the early 2000s. Now that he has been moved to his final prison, things have changed considerably for him.
When the former actor was first sentenced to prison, he was homed at at the Men’s Central Jail in Los Angeles before his first transfer in December. At first, things were seemingly easier for him. His location allowed for his family and friends to visit regularly. According to Radar Online, Danny Masterson received 56 visits during his three-month stay.
He was transferred to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California, in December. According to the website, most of Danny Masterson’s visitation records are redacted, so it is unclear who was visiting him. However, the visitation dates on the log show that his visitations picked up considerably during the time his wife, Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce.
Danny Triggered By Stay in Corcoran State Prison
The actor was reportedly very triggered after Danny Masterson’s transfer to Corcoran State Prison. Corcoran State Prison has a long history of gruesome violence and formerly housed cult leader Charles Manson. Earlier this month, Masterson was transferred once again, this time to California Men’s Colony minimum security prison. It is not first-class accommodations, but per the website, he feels safer. Memories of his former life are starting to fade away.
Radar reports that Danny’s first day of meals at his new digs was not quite up to his past standards but was better than some of his previous meals. His day began with Rice Krispies cereal, low-fat yogurt with fruit, bran muffin cake, and peanut butter.
During lunch, the inmate dined on a sandwich consisting of two slices of 100% wheat bread and American cheese. He also got two snack packs, fresh vegetables, and a sugar-free beverage. Masterson’s first dinner was a loaded baked potato with pinto beans, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
Those closest to Danny have reportedly stated that they fear his former life will completely fade from his memory as time passes. They feel his visitors will become few and far between, and his spirit will soon break. He has a long sentence to serve and has already lost his family, friends, and his former life. They believe it won’t be long before Danny Masterson is just a shell of his former self.
