Earlier this week, DC Entertainment made a blockbuster announcement, revealing their upcoming streaming service, titled DC Universe.
Just a few days later we have confirmation of the full list of content that will be rolled out with the service upon its release.
Movies:
- Superman The Movie
- Superman II
- Superman III
- Superman IV: The Quest For Peace
- Supergirl
- Batman
- Batman Returns
- Batman Forever
- Batman Begins
- Justice League
- Batman: The Dark Knight Returns
Original TV:
- Titans
- Doom Patrol
- Swamp Thing
- Young Justice: Outsiders
Classic TV:
- Wonder Woman
- Batman: The Animated Series
- Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman
Alongside all of this content, DC has promised a full list of comic content will be available to its subscribers. While a full list has yet to be released, DC Universe has stated “From Action Comics #1 to Rebirth,” with images on the site including Teen Titans, All-Star Superman, Trinity, Batman, and Wonder Woman.
So far, the DC Universe Streaming platform looks to be a dream come true. Only time will tell how successful it will be, and if it will change the tide of DC’s current entertainment woes when compared to rival Marvel.
