delight the journey home

An emotional story that will let you “see” the world differently, relying on acute senses as you navigate your way in a war-torn city. You will play as Sammy, a young girl blinded by the war and was left alone in her journey to reunite with her family. Your trusty and seeing-eye dog, Deli, will help you through your journey.

…Our little Sammy will learn how to get along with different people and uncover hidden secrets as she travels through a city filled with danger with her seeing-eye dog Deli.

Sammy will face all of these dilemmas as the player steers her fate.

DeLight: The Journey Home is presented through Sammy’s eyes and her representation of the world around her. As a girl seeing the world in darkness, you have to rely on your sense of hearing, smell, and your new pair of eyes – Deli, to navigate your way and reunite with your family. Get to follow cues such as a familiar perfume scent or by knowing the person who always sits beside the radio. A story-driven sensory adventure that has quick-time events and multiple story outcomes depending on your choices.

The best story winner at the Taipei Game Show, DeLight: The Journey Home is by DreamTree Games based in Malaysia. The game is now available to put on your wishlist on Steam will arrive on November 19. A demo play is also set to arrive next week. For mobile players, pre-registration for iOS and Android is currently open.
