Phypers’ letter states that Denise Richards is spiraling out of control with a serious drug addiction to prescription pain pills and alcohol. He adds that her addiction is so out of control that she has allegedly neglected her children and, at times, placed them in danger.

Insiders close to the pair claim that Aaron insists this isn’t about anger or revenge. But it’s about trying to save someone he still loves. He wants all family and friends close to Denise to band together for an intervention and convince the actress to seek help.
“Some of you know this has been an issue for over 20 years. She’s no longer eating real meals, and I’ve witnessed her pass out from substances, putting herself and others in danger, including while driving with our daughter. It’s hurting everyone who loves her, supports her, and continues to believe in the best parts of her,” he wrote.
However, Denise Richards has a different story regarding their split. On July 16, Richards was granted a temporary restraining order on July 16 after detailing several alleged incidents of abuse by Phypers, which he denies. He also accuses Richards of cheating during their marriage and claims to have the receipts to prove it.
Denise claims that Aaron has repeatedly physically abused her throughout their six-year marriage. People adds Richards further alleges that she has been “afraid” to speak out about the abuse because Phypers “has repeatedly threatened to kill himself and me if I reported him to the police.
