It’s clear as day that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have always been about making money and gaining public attention regardless if it’s positive or negative. From attempting to get King Charles’ approval to sell their products to “disgustingly” promoting their upcoming POLO Netflix series right after Prince Kate’s cancer update last month, the Sussexes spare no expense of their reputation to earn a quick buck or gain some public awareness. Speaking to The Sun, royal expert Jennie Bond says the two’s actions are “deplorable and stupid.”
“It was deplorable and stupid – I think he was a very silly boy to write Spare,” stated Bond, denouncing how Harry used Prince William and King Charles as targets of criticism for attention. “He wanted to leave the royal family, and he wanted to live in America with Meghan – that’s his choice,” followed up royal correspondent Arthur Edwards, who also attended the same panel at The Sun. “But then to go and start being really nasty about the royal family just to make money…” he continued; that’s certainly on another level.
Needless to say, Meghan Markle played a huge role in Megxit and Prince Harry’s decision to betray his family for financial gain. Not only that, but she’s also known to be an attention-seeking fanatic. The Mirror reported that “she loves media attention and hates” whenever “surveys suggest she and Harry are no longer of much interest to the American public.”
While rumors of divorce between the Sussexes have been floating about online due to the couple’s recent activities being notably separated from each other, both still share the same goal in mind — to become successful A-Lister celebrities in the US. Reconciliation with his brother and father might be on the back burner for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, but it’s evident their main focus is still chasing after the ‘American dream.’ Only time will tell if they’ll ever make it, together or not.
