What are Security Drones in Destiny 2?
Security Drones are mysterious yellow orbs floating in the sky, which any known weapon can’t destroy other than Revision Zero Exotic Rifle. These drones are scattered throughout the map, and you need to eliminate these drones to open a secret door with the tracker for these Yellow Obes in the Seraph Shield mission. There are 50 Yellow Orbs Drones, and you need to find and destroy all of these drones to complete the task. However, 12 Drones in the Seraph shield mission are not unlocked yet.
All Security Drones Locations in Destiny 2
You can find Security Drone Locations on Moon, Europa, Moon Heist Battle Ground, Europa Battle Ground, and Seraph’s Sheild Exotic Mission. Following are the exact places you can find Those Drones.
Security Drone Locations on Europa
- Beyond – Top of the Pyramid ship.
- Asterion Abyss – At the top of the ledge on the Vex structure, far to the left.
- Asterion Abyss- Under the Crack in the ground in the northwest
- Eventide Ruins – Tof left of the room in Bunke E15
- Eventide Ruins- Right next to the Large stone at the Crypt Raid entrance gate.
- Cadmus Ridge- On the hill below the Vex Structure.
- Cadmus Ridge- Entrance of the Bray Exoscience.
- Bunker E15 Lost Sector- Bhind the glass window
- Perdition Lost Sector- Right next to the chest at the end of the lost sector.
- Concealed Void Lost Sector- In the Vex Milk room
Security Drone Locations on the Moon
- Archer’s Line- On the top of the structure near the lost sector entrance.
- Anchor of Light- In the Falle crashed ketch to the right.
- Anchor of Light- Top of the radio tower in the northwest
- Hellmouth- On the building near the K1 Crew Quarters lost sector entrance.
- Hellmouth- On the large pit
- Sorrow’s Harbor- At the edge of the cliff I the Right side of the area
- Sorrow’s Harbor- At the end of starting area of the Pit of Heresy dungeon
- K1 Crew Quarters Lost Sector- On the path to the Boss area.
- K1 Revelation Lost Sector- Left side behind the fence after defeating Hive Shrieker
- K1 Logistics Lost Sector- At the boss room.

You will find these 12 Security Dones while you are completing the missions. Look for yellow orbs while you are playing these missions.
The last 12 of the 50 Security Drones Locations are still locked, and these will be unlocked eventually in future updates. We will update you once those locations come out.
