While the Prismatic subclass in Destiny 2: The Final Shape combines a lot of the abilities we already know to create more interesting builds, but it also adds in some new abilities as well. With Transcendence available now, and even all new Aspects and Facets, there are quite a few more possibilities, so it only makes sense that each class would get a whole new Super ability as well, right? Let’s take a look at how to unlock every Prismatic subclass Super, Grenade, Melee, and Class Ability in Destiny 2.
Starting Abilities

Warlock | Nova Bomb: Cataclysm – Hurl an explosive ball of Void Light at a target, disintegrating those caught within its blast. Winter’s Wrath – Summon a Stasis staff. While your Super is active, your primary attack casts out a barrage of Stasis shards that free targets and your secondary attack casts out a shockwave that shatters all frozen targets. | Vortex Grenade – A grenade that creates a Vortex that pulls targets inward and continually damages those trapped inside. Coldsnap Grenade – A grenade that freezes on impact and sends another seeker to find and freeze targets. | Pocket Singularity – Launch an unstable ball of Void energy that detonates when it nears a target, pushing them away from the blast and making them volatile. Penumbral Blast – Raise your Stasis staff against your foe. Send a blast of Stasis forward to freeze your targets. |
Hunter | Golden Gun: Marksman – Summon a precision flaming pistol that disintegrates targets with Solar Light. Your Golden Gun deals massively increased precision damage, overpenetrates targets, and creates Orbs of Power on precision hits. Silence and Squall – Summon two Stasis kamas, Silence and Squall, that you throw one after another. Silence creates a flash-freeze blast that freezes and damages targets. Squall creates a Stasis Storm that slows and damages targets caught inside. | Swarm Grenade – A grenade that detonates on impact, releasing multiple drones that seek nearby targets. Each drone slightly scorches affected targets. Duskfield Grenade – A grenade that shatters on impact, leaving behind a field that slows targets and freezes those who do not leave the volume. | Knife Trick – Throw a fan of flaming knives that scorch targets on hit. Withering Blade – Toss a Stasis Shuriken at targets to damage and slow them. |
Titan | Thundercrash – Hurtle through the air like a missile and crash into targets to inflict meteoric damage. Bladefury – Create two woven blades and roam the battlefield. While active your Light Attack performs a leaping slash toward nearby targets, severing them on hit and dealing bonus damage to suspended targets. Each successful hit briefly increases your attack speed and grants energy for your heavy attack. Your Heavy Attack unleashes a heavy upward slash, creating two suspending projectiles that seek out targets. | Pulse Grenade – A grenade that periodically damages targets within its explosion radius. Shackle Grenade – A thrown weapon of weighted Strand matter that detonates on impact, suspending targets and creating suspending subprojectiles. | Thunderclap – Hold melee input while grounded to plant your feet and begin charging your fist with Arc energy. Release your melee input to unleash a devastating blast in front of you, dealing damage that increases with longer charge time. Frenzied Blade – Activate your charged melee ability to dash forward, slashing at targets in front of you and severing them. |

Threadling Grenade – A woven projectile that reweaves itself into Threadlings while in flight. | Chain Lightning – An extended range melee that jolts your target and chains lightning to nearby targets. While amplified, it creates an additional set of chains. Incinerator Snap – Snap your fingers to create a fan of burning sparks that explode and scorch targets. |
Hunter | Storm’s Edge – Summon an electrified dagger and throw it in your aim direction. When the dagger hits a surface or a target, you blink to its location and perform a powerful whirling strike, damaging any nearby targets. Can be reactivated after the strike to perform additional throws. | Arcbolt Grenade – A grenade that chains bolts of lightning to nearby targets. Magnetic Grenade – A grenade that attaches to targets and explodes twice. | Combination Blow – A quick strike that temporarily increases your melee damage when defeating a target, stacking three times. Snare Bomb – Throw a Smoke Bomb that attaches to surfaces and pings target radar, then detonates into a disorienting smoke cloud, weakening nearby targets. Targets within the smoke cloud take damage over time. |
Titan | Twilight Arsenal – Summon three Void axes and throw them at your foes one after another. On impact, the axes pull in nearby targets and detonate in a weakening explosion. After exploding, the axes can be picked up by you or your allies and used as a weapon for a short time. | Glacier Grenade – A grenade that creates walls out of Stasis crystals to block damage and freeze targets; these walls can be shattered for damage. Thermite Grenade – A grenade that sends forth a burning line of fire, dealing damage and scorching targets in its path. | Hammer Strike – After sprinting for a short time, use this melee ability to swing a blazing hammer that scorches your target and deals damage in a cone behind them. If your target is defeated by Hammer Strike, they ignite. Shield Throw – Hurl your Void Shield toward a target. The shield can ricochet off targets and surfaces, granting Overshield for each target hit. |

Warlock | Stormtrance – Chain Arc Lightning from your hands to electrify targets with devastating streams of Arc Light that intensify over time. Casting Stormtrance creates a jolting shockwave underneath you. | Healing Grenade – A grenade that cures allies on impact and creates an Orb of benevolent Solar Light, granting restoration or allies while picked up. |
Hunter | Shadowshot: Deadfall – Tether foes to a Void Anchor, weakening and suppressing them for you and your allies. | Grapple – Weave a grappling hook and quickly pull yourself forward. Grappling to a Tangle immediately recharges your grenade energy. |
Titan | Hammer of Sol – Summon a flaming hammer and wreak destruction down upon your enemies. | Suppressor Grenade – An explosive grenade that suppresses, preventing targets from using abilities for a short time. |

Warlock | Needlestorm – Conjure a hail of deadly woven needles. | Arcane Needle – Sling a woven needle that will embed in your target, unraveling them. Activate your melee ability again to chain up to two additional attacks. |
Hunter | Silkstrike – Weave a vicious rope dart and tear through your targets. | Threaded Spike – Throw a rope dart that bounces between targets, damaging and severing them. The dart will return to you once it’s done, returning melee energy to you for each target him. |
Titan | Glacial Quake – Summon a Stasis Gauntlet. While your Super is active, your heave attack Slams your gauntlet down to create a shockwave that freezes targets and sends out Stasis crystals to freeze additional ones. Your light attack supercharges your Shiver Strike for bonus damage. | Shiver Strike – Hold input to leap through the air. Releasing unleashes a powerful dash attack that knocks targets back and damages them. |
