If you’re looking for a solid Legendary Hand Cannon to dominate PvE or PvP in Destiny 2, Kept Confidence is a decent pick, especially with ideal God Rolls. This Hand Cannon has the Adaptive Frame Intrinsic Trait, as well as the Head Rush Basic Origin Trait. It fires basic Ammo and deals Strand damage.
