It’s here, the moment many have been waiting for. As fans have completed what Beyond Light has to offer and tackled many of the game’s various seasons, the team is finally ready to show what’s coming next for Destiny 2, and if you’re a long-running fan of the series, this next expansion is major for the story. Over the years, Guardians have taken down the mighty Crota, the legendary Oryx, and many other hive adversaries. And now, the Witch Queen Savathun has come for her revenge. The Witch Queen expansion for Destiny 2 launches on February 22, 2022 (or 2/22/22, if you will). You can find the trailer for the new expansion below.

That’s not all though, as the Destiny 2: The Witch Queen showcase also revealed a new gameplay trailer showcasing some of the new toys guardians will play with. Displaying some beautiful environments from Hive fortresses to luscious swamps, there’s plenty of unique locations to explore.
