The new update that is set to come out in the next few days will fix the bug and allow players to use Exotic Glaive with no further issues. This update will also include some minor changes and bring improvements to the game. Finally, Destiny 2 is getting that Exotic Glaive Bug/Glitch fix.
Destiny 2 Fixes Exotic Glaive Bug/Glitch
The Exotic Glaive Glitch/Bug was addressed today by Destiny 2 developer, Bungie, assuring community members that a mid-season patch is being prepped to make things right. During the Witch Queen Expansion, players that used the Exotic Glaive mid-fight noticed it stopped working.
Through their Twitter account, Bungie Help, the developers informed players that they had been working on the fix for a while, and it is now ready to “go live in the mid-season update.”
On March 30th, the Destiny 2 team released hotfix 7.0.0.7, fixing the issue with the Root of Nightmares raid and Trials of Osiris Crucible activity. They are also working on a mid-season update which should release any time now. For further details, we would need to wait for any future blog posts by Bungie.
Destiny 2 players waited for the Throne World Exotic Glaive Glitch fix for over a year, now with this update, the players who couldn’t get to try the Exotic Glaives can use them to create powerful loadouts for Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks.
Player feedback will remain a vital element for upcoming seasons and future expansions of Destiny 2. Rumors report that Season of The Deep will undergo significant changes, which may require Bungie to seek feedback now and then.
