Sean Diddy Combs and his legal team are preparing for the shamed music mogul’s approaching May 12 trial date. There is a lot of tension mounting for the rapper as new information and evidence continue to pour in against him.
Diddy remains housed at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, where he has remained since his September arrest. It has been a trying time for Combs, and now that his court date is near, things are starting to feel even more real for him.

As the day grows closer, Sean Combs ponders over his potential fate. Since his arrest, many of his closest friends and associates have turned their backs on him. Recently, according to Knewz reports, Combs’ chief of staff and right-hand woman, Kristina Khorram, has come forward to tell her story.
Khorram, also known as KK, has recently come forward. She vehemently denies any involvement in “aiding and abetting the sexual assault of anyone.” Over the past several months, Diddy’s former assistant has been named in several lawsuits allegedly tying her to Combs.
Kristina started working with Diddy in 2013 as a senior executive at Combs Enterprises. She quickly took over as chief of staff in 2020. However, Khorram recently broke her silence to speak with Rolling Stone Magazine.
Sean Diddy Combs Prepares For Trial As Jury Selection Process Is Set To Begin
“For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss. These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family.”
“I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor, have I ever drugged anyone. That is not who I am, and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue,” she states.

Kristina Khorram is named in several lawsuits as responsible for his personal life. KK’s duties allegedly included hiring sex workers and supplying drugs like cocaine, ecstasy, and marijuana gummies to his staff, according to a lawsuit filed by Phil Pines, Combs’ former executive assistant. She continues to maintain her innocence. However, this is just one of many awaiting the courts in the ongoing Sean Diddy Combs scandal.
For now, Diddy’s legal focus is on the upcoming trial. There, he will begin facing the judge and jury on multiple charges, including violations of the RICO Act, sex trafficking, and transportation of prostitutes. The charges handed down stem from an extensive government investigation.
The jury selection will run from April 28 through April 30. It’s being reported by 103.5 The Beat that approximately 600 potential jurors are expected to be called for the process.
The official proceedings will begin on May 12. Diddy will remain in prison throughout the trial proceedings. It will be an interesting case to follow. It is only the beginning of Sean Diddy Combs’ long road of legal battles.
