While many fans had an idea of who this mysterious character was, it is now officially confirmed thanks to a recent post by the game’s developers. Hailing from Cinderella’s world, the Fairy Godmother will debut in the game to make everyone’s wishes come true, or that’s what we hope. The release date for the update is uncertain, but according to the post, we’ll get to meet the Fairy Godmother during the first weeks of June.

The developers haven’t announced what type of things the Fairy Godmother will bring as a character to Disney Dreamlight Valley, but players are excited nevertheless. If it’s like any others, we’ll get a quest to get her and build her house. What is most exciting about this update is that she’ll likely bring some fantastic cosmetics from the movie she comes from. Yes, we’re hoping to see some Cinderella-themed outfits and decorations too.

Without a doubt, Disney Dreamlight Valley Update 5 is exciting, and many can’t wait for this new character. Besides that, the official post claims this is the biggest story update yet, which is great too. We might see more about what happened to the Valley and work on ways to fix it. Even if the story isn’t the biggest focus of many players, it is still great and something Disney fans love.
