EA’s WRC game to be announced very soon. Popular leaker and dataminer @billbil_kun on Twitter states EA and Codemasters will launch the WRC game in 2023.

The leaker shared unlockable trophies and achievements for the game. The post’s wording of the dataminer did not indicate how long it will take to launch the game.

The reliable dataminer is optimistic that the upcoming WRC game will be ready for launch this year.

WRC game set to be launched

Last year, an exclusive from Insider Gaming stated that WRC 23 would enable players to build their rally car. Claims about the WRC game state that the game will allow players to build 16 car classes. The car categories will include WRC, WRC 2, H1 FWD, and F2 Kitcar.

There are claims about the WRC game, some stating that there are 16 car classes, including WRC, WRC 2, H1 FWD, and F2 Kitcar.

One cannot ignore the efforts Codemasters have put in its gaming efforts like the development of the F1 franchise. If the WRC 23 game matches the enthusiasm of F1 22, the racing community will definitely love the game.

Codemasters’ WRC License

In 2020, Codemasters obtained a WRC license, with the game developer’s portfolio of games expected to start in 2023. The licensing contract signed by Codemasters in 2020 stipulated that its upcoming WRC game would be available on PC and console. The license will run for five years, demanding one key series entry every year.

The ongoing Codemasters’ high-profile racing licenses led to the eventual closure of the Project Cars initiative. EA’s decision to end the series was difficult, but an appropriate move to enhance the long-term expansion of its racing portfolio

EA is an influential massive games studio. It positions itself among one of the best game developers in the world. Like F1 22, WRC 23 will serve a wider audience.

We expect that WRC 23 will be available on various platforms and devices, including PS4, PS5, Xbox, and PC.
