Great Runes are items given to the player after defeating the demi-god bosses that reside at the end of Elden Ring‘s Legacy Dungeons. Each of these Great Runes can be equipped to provide the player with unique buffs and abilities. One boss that drops a Great Rune is Malenia, Blade of Miquella, and you will need to bring her Rune to the Isolated Divine Tower to restore its power. As the name would suggest, this Divine Tower is a bit out of the way and takes a few steps to reach. This guide will explain how to reach the Isolated Divine Tower in Elden Ring.

How To Reach The Isolated Tower In Elden Ring

To reach the Isolated Tower, you will need to use the teleporter at the end of the Divine Bridge in the Capital City of Leyndell. This teleporter is guarded by an Iron Golem, which can be a bit of a challenge. In order to permanently activate the teleporter, you will need to pass through the manor below the bridge and take the elevator up to the Divine Bridge. This will allow you to reach the Isolated Tower. There are two paths that will get you to the Divine Bridge. The first one is found in the Capital itself. Make your way to the southern part of the Golden City until you find the Fortified Manor. You will be able to open the large metal doors on the right side of the main hall, which will take you to a courtyard and an elevator that will take you up to the Divine Bridge. The other way is to open the chest at the top of the Tower of Return down in the Weeping Pennisula. This chest will teleport you to the bridge.

Once at the Isolated Divine Tower, you will only be able to access it if you have Malenia’s Great Rune. Malenia is found at the Haligtree Roots, past Miquella’s Haligtree, and through Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. This area can only be accessed by collecting both halves of the Haligtree Medallion and solving the puzzle at Ordina. Once you defeat Malenia, you can bring her Great Rune to the Isolated Tower to return power to it, granting you its ability to regain health lost by attacking enemies.
