While players will come up across many, many bosses in Elden Ring, one of the most grandiose and awe-inspiring is one that will take you up into the sky. The boss is known as Dragonlord Placidusax and is memorable both in terms of lore and his fight. The two-headed dragon is also a secret boss that players will need to be observant and strong in order to combat. This guide will explain where to find the secret Dragonlord Placidusax boss fight in Elden Ring.
Where To Find Dragonlord Placidusax In Elden Ring
Dragonlord Placidusax can be found in the flying structure known as the Crumpling Farum Azula, the zone that players will be able to access after defeating the Fire Giant. You will need to make your way through most of the zone before reaching the path to Placidusax, which includes going through the Godskin Duo boss fight. Continue through the area until you hit the Site of Grace called Beside the Great Bridge. This Grace can be found at the top of an elevator just before the Maliketh boss fight. From this Site of Grace, go back down the elevator and down the stairs to the right. Go past the three enemies to leave the temple you are in. Once outside, go to the cliff and look down until you find a path beneath you. This is the way to get to the Dragonlord Placidusax boss fight.
Follow the descending path of rubble until you reach the decorative piece of rubble with dragon skeletons on it. There will be a shallow hole that players will be prompted to lay in. Hit the interact button to lay down and initiate a cutscene. This will bring you to the fight with Dragonlord Placidusax.
Elden Ring is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
