Eva Longoria had fans on the fence when it came to her blazer minidress fashion choice two summers ago. In August 2022, the Desperate Housewives star rocked up to the Citi Taste Of Tennis New York in NYC, putting on a leggy display and seemingly having fans thinking it was a little too leggy.
Displaying her toned figure as she channeled the blazer trend, Eva sizzled in her all-black look, posing in high heels and even ditching her shirt. Embracing the no-shirt finish adored by stars including Heidi Klum and Khloe Kardashian, Eva fell under fire as users on The Daily Mail saw her ensemble, one deemed “ridiculous” by more than one user.
Eva Longoria Turns Heads In Tiny Black Dress
Opting for textured as she jazzed up her minimal outfit, Eva flashed hints of her bare chest while going cinched at the waist.
Rocking an oversized black blazer worn as a short dress, the 49-year-old flaunted her gym-honed legs and trim waistline while going sparkly with a diamante waist clasp. Adding height to her petite frame, Eva wowed in black high heels, choosing a classic court shoe as she injected understated elegance into her jazzy look.
Sporting her dark locks tied up, Eva accessorized her chic fit with multiple necklaces to match drop earrings, also keeping glam with a heavy face of makeup. Users didn’t take long to voice their thoughts.
Told She Looks ‘Ridiculous’ In Hateful Comments
Body-shaming the actress, one fan gained likes for saying: “That looks awful on her. Only a very tall, thin girl could get away with this look.”
While another deemed the dress “terrible,” a third merely wrote: “She looks ridiculous.” The thought was directly echoed by a separate user, who said: “She looks ridiculous, like she forgot to wear a skirt or trousers. Does this woman do anything else in her life but attend events?”
Eva played a style queen on the 2004-2012 Desperate Housewives series she starred in, and she’s continued the fashionista streak IRL. In June, the mom of one shared her DuJour cover and shoot, where she was outfitted in an array of sleek designer looks not limited to Michael Kors, Loewe, Max Mara, and Fendi.
Also sending Eva’s look the thumbs-down was a fan thinking: “That look is for someone better endowed than her and way too short for her age group regardless of how well she looks after herself, she has terrible style.”
Eva generally receives better feedback on her Instagram, where she is followed by 10.2 million.
