After much waiting, several casualties, many plot twists, and other Penacony shenanigans, the Charmony Festival is on the horizon, as confirmed by the 2.2 Special Program for Honkai Star Rail. While exciting, many mysteries remain regarding the other “dream layer” inside the Dreamscape. And even if the plot is something that many Trailblazers want to pursue, we’re getting a bunch of new characters, materials, and events.
