In March, Miller’s public image began to take a downward turn when the actor was arrested for disorderly conduct at a karaoke bar in Hawaii. The actor went on the be accused of grooming and threatening minors. Most recently, Miller was accused of running a cult. Since all of this started, The Flash and Miller’s DCEU future have been in question.
Miller recently apologized for these bizarre antics and claimed to seek mental health treatment. However, many are not convinced that Ezra Miller’s apology is genuine. Some are claiming that this is more of a damage control situation than a recognition of wrongdoing. Regardless, Miller’s career and the future of The Flash remain unclear. Discovery may decide the actor’s troubled life has caused too much controversy for them to release the film. Time will tell what the future holds for Miller and The Flash.
