The 1.18 update has arrived for F1 22, and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch. The popular F1 game has been around for a few months and receives regular updates. So, Codemasters kicked out a new version a while ago and brought the Elimination limited-time event alongside several fixes to the game. As with every new update, it is recommended to install it for a better gameplay experience. Here’s everything new with the F1 22 update 1.18.
F1 22 Update 1.18 Patch Notes
Patch 1.18 is available now for F1 22 on all platforms. Check out what’s in this patch below:
- Addition of the 2023 Alfa Romeo F1 Team C43 for use in Time Trial game mode
- Fixed an issue where Time Trial leaderboards would fail to load when switching between the dry and wet variants on Origin and Xbox
- Fixed an issue where Rival avatar was missing in Career and My Team modes
- Fixed an issue where, in some instances, an incorrect champion could be crowned if drivers finished the season on the same amount of points in My Team
- Various Minor Fixes
- General Stability Improvements

- Updated the color of George Russell’s front wheel arches and driver number.

Improvements
- The dev team has introduced some general Stability Improvements.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue which could lead to there being fewer than 20 drivers in a season in Career modes.
- Fixed an issue in MyTeam where, in Quick Practice, there would be no simulation of wear to the Power Unit.
- Fixed an issue where, for some instances, crossplay friends list would appear blank despite having friends.
- Fixed a crash that would occur when selecting ‘Finish Season’ in Real Season Start.
- The franchise has also introduced various Minor Fixes, leading to a magnitude of improvements on the game.
