The fifth and final episode of Song of Horror, “The Horror and The Song,” will be available on Steam at the end of May. This is the player’s last chance to stop the cursed song and unravel the mysteries surrounding this excellent horror trek.

The final episode dives into the troubled mind of the only person to have listened to the cursed song and lived to speak about it—the setting shifts to an old psychiatric hospital. The former patients are said to haunt the halls, but who knows what will happen due to The Presence?

While a new character, Lidia, will make her debut in “The Horror and The Song,” the developers have promised a conclusion to all of our favorite characters… Even a few ghosts from the past may make an appearance. More importantly, a “bone-chilling” epilogue will turn everything we know of the story on its head.

Carlos Grupeli, Protocol Games founder, commented on the experience coming to an end:

It wasn’t easy but, in many ways, the fifth and final episode is the natural culmination of all that ambition, and the chapter where most is at stake. It’ll be sad to bring Song of Horror to a close after all this time, but we can’t wait to see what the fans make of it.

Episode five, “The Horror and The Song,” will release for Steam on May 28th, 2020. The episodes can be purchased individually for $7.99, or the whole experience can be purchased for $21.99.

Our reviews for the first four chapters can be found here.
