It’s been a while without a new Final Fantasy 16 game trailer. We’ve expected a trailer in this week’s State of Play event, but Square Enix didn’t share. The latest trailer was released in June, and we expect another one in the fall. The Tokyo Game Show event happened yesterday, and we’ve seen several vital announcements from the studios. Square Enix didn’t share a trailer but had a few sentences about its release date. The game’s director Naoki Yoshida shared their plans for the next trailer, and here are the latest updates.
Final Fantasy 16 To Get Another Game Trailer Next Month
The game’s director and producer, Naoki Yoshida, spoke at the event and said they’re working hard to share another trailer next month. He didn’t give an exact date, but this is what they are aiming for now. A part of his spoke is here:
“I haven’t gotten a chance to talk to the marketing or public relations teams at all, so I’m not sure how much I’m allowed to say, but I think we’ll probably be able to release the next trailer next month or so.” (Gematsu)

In relation, the team Xbox team is still working on Final Fantasy 14. They’re aiming to bring the game to the Game Pass library, and that process started three years ago. While there’s an upcoming FF game, it’s weird to still talk about the 2010 series game.
