A group of three men in Florida shocked the internet for their violent interaction with an employee at a gas station. In a video from the encounter, the trio are seen being scolded by the employee for an unknown reason. The clerk’s face is blurred out. However, after a moment of yelling back and forth, things get even more heated and one of the men takes it to a whole new level by physically assaulting the clerk with a large bottle of soda.
The Reddit clip starts off with the Florida gas station employee yelling at the men as they come around a corner to confront him. One of the guys, wearing a white t-shirt and cargo shorts, holds a 2-liter of Orange Crush soda in his hand, as his friend behind him seemingly half-heartedly attempts to hold him back and de-escalate the situation.
Their voices are muffled in the video. However, it’s clear that tensions are high. Finally, the three men turn and walk away, and just when it looks like things may be settling down, the unthinkable happens. The man in the cargo shorts turns back toward the clerk and throws the 2-liter of soda at his head.
The gas station employee immediately drops to the ground, seemingly hurt, after the attack. He rolls on the ground and breathes heavily after taking the brutal blow to the head. Meanwhile, the three men quickly leave the gas station.

Of course, this is a serious situation. It’s unclear what injuries the clerk suffered after the assault. However, it seems that there will likely be legal consequences for the man’s actions.
Of course, the internet had plenty to say about the video, and most of it was jokes and soda puns.
“This man’s been Orange Crushed. He’ll make a full recovery. Should count his blessings he wasn’t Baja Blasted,” one person wrote.
“He needs a Dr. Pepper now,” joked another.
“Don’t worry, it was only a soft drink. He’ll be ok,” a third person quipped.
“Orange you glad it wasn’t a glass bottle?” a fourth chimed in.
One person in the comments section revealed that a 2-liter of soda weighs more than 4 pounds, and that the gas station employee was blindsided by the blow to his head, which could cause serious injury.
We may never know the end result of this Florida gas station assault. However, the wild video will live on the internet forever.
