There are various social media platforms that allow people to be the version of themselves they truly want to be. Some people will do this by becoming a VTuber or even some kind of masked creator. One content creator in Florida decided to take things a little further and use TikTok to become the most evil mastermind in any fictional universe: Giovanni from the Pokรฉmon franchise. He’s essentially created a brand for himself, involving the behind-the-scenes of what Team Rocket does to try to steal Pokรฉmon and more.
Florida content creator Poke Ceez is very well-known on platforms like YouTube and TikTok for his Pokemon-related content. If he isn’t playing one of the mainline games for his viewers, he’s opening up packs and talking about the latest cards to be released. Recently, he’s taken to stepping into the world of Pokรฉmon a bit more fully than ever before. Now, he’s known on TikTok quite literally as Giovanni, trying to take Pokemon from ten-year-olds and severely underestimating how strong the bigger bads are.
The above video features Poke Ceez sitting in a Team Rocket meeting room as he eyes the viewer, trying to determine if that’s his 10-year-old nemesis. For some reason, every protagonist across all Pokemon games is only ten years old and enjoys getting completely trampled by domestic terrorists who use environmentally destructive Pokemon. All of his videos as of late are within this vein, really showing off what it’s like to work for the smartest Pokemon thief mastermind ever.
He has videos concerning him accidentally eating an Exeggcute and mistaking it for scrambled eggs, and even one trying to steal a Charizard only to discover that the Pokemon is much stronger than he. The videos have garnered a large number of views, with commenters participating and enjoying the show. One person even said, “everything but running the 8th gym ๐ญ๐” Hopefully, we’ll see even more of Poke Ceez content as Giovanni, lest he switches things up and starts doing this type of content with other team leaders from across the series.
