A Florida woman, sure that she was going to get a negative result, shared her pregnancy test online. However, after four years of infertility, she was shocked and moved to tears after finding out that she was actually pregnant.

@zoepiermatteo

Our biggest miracle coming November, 2026🤍 I am so excited to share this chapter with all of you but also feel so much guilt because I know how many of you are still in the depths of infertility. In 2023 we were given an 11% chance to concieve naturally, and here we are in 2026 getting our first positive test after conceiving naturally. If anything I hope when you read this it gives you HOPE. Never ever give up that hope, stay faithful, and trust in the Lord’s timing because I promise you it’s more perfect than you could ever imagine. I can’t thank this community enough for the prayers and support you have all given us during this time of our lives. It truly means the world to us. I understand fully if you need to take a break from my page. We know firsthand how hard it is to see pregnancy announcements. Please continue to pray for this little miracle that he/she continues to grow strong and healthy! I can’t wait to share all of the experiences with you guys 🤍🍼🫘 #fyp #foryoupagе #infertility #infertilityjourney #pregnancyannouncement @Keaton_Piermatteo

The woman is Zoë Piermatteo. She shares lifestyle content on TikTok, but also talks about her years-long inability to get pregnant as she fought infertility. This latest clip blew up, garnering 2.2 million views, 309,000 likes, and 4,800 comments.

From the get-go, the Florida woman was sure that the pregnancy test was going to be negative. In her clip’s description, she said that she and her husband were given a 11% chance of conceiving naturally back in 2023.

In the past, she has shown many reactions to previous negative pregnancy tests, so she set up the camera as she normally would and started recording.

“I have not taken a pregnancy test in over two years,” Zoë said. “I’m 12 days late because I skipped my medication. At least I think that’s why I’m late.”

Again, Zoë insisted the test was going to be negative as she had taken an ovulation test that supported her belief. Before she was able to explain herself more, however, her face morphed into shock. Silent, the Florida woman saw the pregnancy test result and looked at the camera.

“Why does this have two lines on it?” she asked.

Her pregnancy test was positive. Zoë started crying, still not fully processing what she was seeing. She kept repeating, “There’s no way,” as she broke down even further, adding, “This is not real.”

The Internet Cries And Celebrates

The video sparked many emotional responses online.

Some directly addressed her result, with one viewer saying, “Not only did it have two lines, they were two VERY dark lines. Super positive.” Others were straight up crying, with one user saying, “Warning: this video gets more blurry as you watch it.”

A few commenters shared their own infertility stories, some of them heartbreaking. One person wrote, “We had a chance of 1%. Our Baby Girl comes in July.” Another one commented, “I’m so so so happy for you! I’m only 15, but found out I was infertile. Thanks for a sign to keep going.”

Such an emotional moment oftentimes translates to virality, which was certainly Zoë’s case, especially if she already had a following. The large number of comments also pushed her video past her other TikToks, making it one of her most successful ones to date.

According to Zoë, her baby, whom she calls her “biggest miracle,” will be born in November 2026.
