While we wait for the inevitable Chapter 6 of Fortnite, we have Chapter 2 Remix and a plethora of weekly quests to keep us occupied. While the map might seem new to many, those who were around the Battle Royale’s beginnings or a bit later might remember some of these places fondly. Plus, instead of just having a recolor of some skins, there are many new cosmetics to get in this short yet beefy battle pass.

[Update on November 21, 2024 – Added quests for Week 3]

Gain Shields or Health at The Doggpound

This new location in Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix is your destination for one of the weekly quests. It is located in the middle of the island, and all you must do is gain shields or HP while in it. To cheese this quest, you can gain full shields and then jump from the top of the building to lose a bit of health and then restore it. On the other hand, this location is packed, so you might get shot just by being there; either work.

Hit Opponents with a Drum Gun

The Drum Gun is a classic gun returning to Fortnite, and this week’s quest tasks you with shooting enemies 50 times.

Discover Named Locations

If you’re fast enough, you can grab a car and drive around the map to uncover all zones. If the storm is faster than you, you can always leave the other areas for the next match. It’s not a difficult quest, but a long one for sure.

Travel Distance While Sprinting

This might be the easiest weekly quest since you only need to spring for 250m.

Collect Weapons from Eliminated Players

Assuming you’re a good shot, all you must do is take down a few players and collect their weapons. Don’t worry if you don’t like them, you can always throw them away and grab the ones you were previously carrying.

For the weekly quests of week 1 in Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix, you can tackle three of them in one location if you’re fast enough, starting with this one. First, land in Spaghetti Grotto and defeat a henchman to carry them or enter a phone booth to get a disguise. After that, open any of the special chests to complete this quest.

Damage Opponents with a Minigun or Explosives

If you’re lucky enough to get the new Eminem-themed minigun in Spaghetti Grotto, you can grab it and start blasting enemies. Due to the rate of fire, you should be able to complete this one quickly.

Thank the Bus Driver

This quest is the easiest, as you only need to play five matches and thank the bus driver in each one.

Travel Distance in Vehicles

Back to Spaghetti Grotto, grab the helicopter in the middle, and fly away; you should be able to complete this quest without any issues.

Destroy Objects

With so many explosive weapons in this chapter, you can use them to blow up any structure in the game. I did this by shooting my rocket launcher at houses, destroying objects in the process.

For this batch of weekly quests in Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix, you’ll need to head to the northwest corner of the map. Land on Ice Isle and open three different containers; it doesn’t matter what type. Since it might be a contested area, try to do this as fast as possible and then leave.

Eliminate Opponents With an Assault Rifle

This one will be a long quest because you’ll need to eliminate 15 opponents with an assault rifle. There’s no other thing to do but to grab one of these weapons and try to kill as many players as possible.

Survive Storm Circles

For this one, you need to survive through 15 Storm Circles, which won’t happen in one match. So, just play normally, and you’ll finish this quest without even noticing.

Travel Distance While Sliding

Find any high point on the map and slide down any slope. The sliding animation remains as you’re traveling down, so you can do this until you complete the mission.

Hit Opponents Beyond 30 Meters

There are many scoped weapons during this chapter, so you can grab your favorite and hit players from afar. Fortunately, you only have to hit them, not defeat them, thus making the quest easier for everyone.

Hit Opponents Within 15 Meters2025,000

Gain Shields

This one is yet another easy weekly quest in Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix. You just have to gain shields in whichever way is possible. My recommendation is to land at the swamps and just let the water shield you.

Hit Opponents or Yourself With Shockwave Grenades

This one is easy to do if you launch yourself instead of others. Whenever you find a grenade, throw it on the ground below you and fly away.

Outlast Players

You’ll likely have to play several matches to complete this quest, and all you have to do is outlast 100 players. As long as you land on a secluded place and don’t get killed quickly, you should finish this in one or two rounds.

Search Chests

It doesn’t matter the place. Just open as many chests as possible to complete this one.

Hit Opponents Within 15 Meters

You can do this with any gun, but SMGs or shotguns are much better. You don’t have to kill the player, so as long as you hit them, you’ll be on your way to completing this mission.

Remember that this battle pass is shorter than the usual ones, so make sure to complete as many missions as possible to reap all of its rewards. The next chapter shouldn’t be far away, so Remix is a nice change of pace while Epic Games prepares new things for this Battle Royale.
