You can complete the Encrypted Quest “Dig at the Top Of” by digging near the two Blue Barrels in Shattered Slabs. Here are the steps you need to follow.

1. Log in to the game and click on the quest Tab.
2. Select the Cyper quest tab and select the quest “Dig at the Top Of” with the number 19.11.2.20.22.5.20.8.4 22.13.1.4.19.
3. Go to the Shattered Slabs and go to the exact location shown in the image ( Upper level of the excavation site). The two barrels will be on the third layer.
4. You will see the point you need to dig between the chest and the Blue barrels.
5. Dig up the ground with your Pickaxe on the exact point, and an arcade machine will pop. Once the device pops up, you have completed the Dig at the Top Of quest.
