The long-awaited My Hero Academia event in Fortnite is now available. It’s the second anime partnership for Fortnite since Chapter 3, Season 3’s Dragon Ball Z, and the first major one for Chapter 4, Season 1. The Battle-Royale now has Izuku “Deku” Midoriya, Ochaco Uraraka, All Might, and Katsuki Bakugo as playable characters.

Fortnite and My Hero Academia Crossover Event

The Fortnite and My Hero Academia partnership add several different skins with My Hero Academia themes and exclusive power-ups for the game.

In My Hero Academia, a young kid named Deku enters U.A., a prestigious high school for aspiring young superheroes who want to improve their abilities for the common good. Superpowers are ubiquitous in the show’s universe and are called “Quirks.” One For All is one of the most potent Quirks used by All Might, a superhero resembling Superman.

One of the game’s most significant improvements is Deku’s Smash, which players can use to smash enemies and buildings. These can be retrieved via Might Supply Drops and My Hero Academia vending machines. You can get Deku in one of two ways: solo or bundle. Thanks to things being split, fans of just Deku won’t have to spend any more V-Bucks to access his Fortnite skin.

You can spend 1600 V-Bucks for the solo option and receive the Deku Fortnite skin. With it, you will also get his All Might Collectible Back Bling because he has an All Might theme Back Bling. It goes well with the All Might skin too.

Players also test the brand-new Go Beyond concept in the Hero Training Gym. Expect to engage in a team vs. team combat in this game from Zen Creative to gain Rescue Points through victories or by seizing Rescue Zones.

At the item shop, you can get cosmetic sets with alternate styles, back bling, and pickaxes from Izuku Midoriya, All Might, Katsuki Bakugo, and Ochaco Uraraka. Additionally available are the Hero Analysis Emote and the Symbol of Peace Emote.

It’s important to remember that the Fortnite and My Hero Academia anime crossover will end on December 29, 2022. Fortnite is available on PC, PS5, and PS4 systems, Xbox One and Series consoles, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
