In Forza Horizon 5, there are seven player houses available whether they are gifted or purchased by you. Also, just like in Forza Horizon 4, the player houses offer various perks, making them worthwhile investments. These houses don’t just appear to you though. You have to spend some time in the campaign to get enough credits. We’ll make sure that you can find all the house locations in Forza Horizon 5 so that you’re ready when you have the means to get them.

All House Locations in Forza Horizon 5

Houses, just like cars, are worthy items to collect, and in Forza Horizon 5, their locations vary across the map. Unlocking them grants you perks as well like an ability to fast travel in addition to using the fast travel boards.

Here are all seven player house locations on the map based on price from cheapest to most expensive:

1) Casa Bella

Location: Around the Baja California region in Mulegé

Price: Free

Perk: Skill Songs

This is the first house available in the game. It’s a modern, modest villa that you unlock early in the campaign, and you’ll probably get the most use out of it fast traveling to all those beginning races.

2) La Cabaña

Location: Dunas Blancas, northwest near the beach

Price: 150,000 CR

Perk: None

Although this has no perks, it is among the cheapest homes you can purchase to help give you more fast travel locations.

3) Buena Esperanza

Location: Ek Balam

Price: 700,000 CR

Perk: None

Another one of the more affordable homes, this player house is found near the heart of the Mexican rainforest. It doesn’t have any perks, so it works as another fast travel location.

4) Lugar Tranquilo

Location: North Rivera Maya

Price: 700,000 CR

Perk: Horizon Promo, take photos of your car collection and earn Accolades

This tropical paradise doesn’t just look appealing, it also encourages you to use photo mode more often to snapshot your cars. You’ll pay nothing for it if you already own Forza VIP DLC.

5) La Casa Solariega

Location: Northwest Teotihuacan

Price: 1,500,000 CR

Perk: Forzathon points boost (double)

This is a luxurious mansion that’s found roughly at the center of the map. It has a hefty price tag, but it more than pays for itself with the included perk. It’s free if you have the Forza VIP DLC.

6) Buena Vistas

Location: De Otro Mundo, West Coast

Price: 2,000,000 CR

Perk: Fast travel to any road on the map

This is definitely a must-have player house in Forza Horizon 5 as it grants an amazing perk to get you around the map faster.

7) Hotel Castillo

Location: Near the top of the map, northeast of Guanajuato

Price: 5,000,000 CR

Perk: Free daily wheelspin

Hotel Castillo is a literal castle that is an epic addition to your player house collection. With the perk, you can rack up more credits and cars, but you may have to play for some time to earn enough to buy it in the first place.

And that’s it for all seven player houses you can get in Forza Horizon 5. You can check out a detailed video from YouTuber Vintage Matthews for a thorough walkthrough on how to get to all those houses.

Forza Horizon 5 is available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
