During the Xbox and Bethesda showcase, players got to see the premiere of the newest Turn 10 Studios game Forza Motorsport. With the return of the long-standing series, everyone was treated to an improved and slicker-looking Forza Motorsport entry. In the six-minute gameplay demo, Turn 10 Studios and Xbox showcased a complete reboot of the franchise.
The newest Forza Motorsport entry features all-new physics, improved car handling, and beautiful new graphics. First announced back in 2020 with a bit of information, players now got a fresh look at the latest franchise entry today, and with the reveal, we noticed there is no number with this title. So this would be the eighth title in the franchise for those counting.
Turn 10 Studios has also been listening to fans by adding a highly requested feature: Trie, fuel consumption, and management. This feature will increase difficulty, making pit stops even more essential and turning races into matches of endurance and planning.
A Complete Refresh in This Iconic Track Racing Game
With the split between the two Forza franchises, Horizon and Motorsport, the Motorsport franchise hadn’t seen a new release in a while. It’s exciting to see the return to the franchise that kicked both off. Especially with increased fidelity and extreme detail, photogrammetry creates realistic in-game worlds.
Players will see the return to Forza Motorsport in the spring of 2023 and will be available on PC, Xbox One & Series X|S as a day one launch on the popular gaming service Xbox game Pass. With the franchise’s reboot, time will tell what else has changed in this new Turn 10 Studios game as more announcements come about.
