There’s a new event for Genshin Impact, the Glittering Elixirs event, allowing players to learn many Elixirs recipes. The event began on May 11 and will last until May 20 at 11:59 PM UTC. During that timeframe, you can gather ingredients and create your own Elixirs. Taking part in the event will earn you Primogems and other rewards. The number of rewards received is determined by how many potions you make. You can participate in the event daily, creating new Elixirs every day until the event ends.
How to Participate in The Glittering Elixirs Event in Genshin Impact
There’s a hyperlink shared on the Genshin Impact blog, sending you to the Glittering Elixirs event Home Page. Log in with your HoYoverse account so that what you do in the link carries over to your saved data of Genshin Impact. A cutscene between Paimon and Traveler will appear. Hit the Start Crafting option as soon as the scene is over. The first potion you will learn to craft is the Invigorating Summer Potion – Water, White Iron Chunk, and Mint.
Once you’ve made the Invigorating Summer Potion, you are sent to the Home Page. Above Cyno’s head is the task list, showing how to get more ingredients for your Elixer. You gain more potion-crafting materials by logging into the Glittering Elixirs hyperlink daily, logging into Genshin Impact daily, and using 40 Original Resin daily in Genshin Impact. Daily missions refresh at 4:00 (Server Time).
How to Craft Potions For The Glittering Elixirs Event
You will need a plant-based ingredient, a normal potion crafting ingredient, and water or oil to create a potion. Once you have all three materials, you stir them together. Once the ingredients are properly mixed, you must use the bellows to heat the mixture.
The ingredients aren’t consumed if the process fails or you use the Reset option to start over. After successfully crafting a potion, the associated Elixir Recipe will unlock. Players can check the Potion Archive and click on Autocraft below the potion to create the recipe again with one click.

You gain in-game rewards if you unlock the recipes that are part of the archives. The more you unlock, the more rewards you earn. The rewards will be distributed through the in-game mail.
