How to get The Fraught Return Achievement in Genshin Impact

To begin with, you’ll have to gain access to the Hydro Hypostasis cave. This will be located close to Suigetsu Pool on Watatsumi Island. Before you begin trying to get The Fraught Return achievement, you should use the Geo Traveler and use Resonate with Geo before you start. In addition, add Aether or Lumine to your team and be sure that their Elemental Burst is ready to use.

How to Repel the Water Droplets to Get The Fraught Return in Genshin Impact

To begin with, you should start the battle with the Hydro Hypostasis as you normally would. Once you’ve completed the majority of the battle and the Hydro Hypostasis has very little health left, it will summon three Water Droplets that look like dark blue slime-like creatures. In any other case, you would have to destroy them, but in this case, you’ll have to avoid doing any damage to them in order to collect The fraught Return achievement, so we’re going to have to come at this from a different angle than usual.

There are two different ways that you can avoid damaging and destroying the water droplets. First, you can place down obstacles for them, like Geo Constructs. You can also repel them by using Freezing to avoid them until you’ve finished defeating the Hydro Hypostasis to get The Fraught Return Achievement in Genshin Impact.

When the Hydro Hypostasis first summons the water droplets, step up to where the exposed core is and drop down a Geo Construct. This will prevent two of the Water Droplets from being able to get to the Hydro Hypostasis to heal it. Now, before the third Water Droplet gets too close, you’ll have to use the Geo Traveler’s elemental skill to block its path.

This is everything you need to know about how to get The Fraught Return achievement in Genshin Impact. Be sure to check back for more useful guides, and as always, be safe and have fun!

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things โ€œgeekโ€. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you canโ€™t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
