The Raimei Angelfish is one of many fish in Genshin Impact that you can catch. It can be found as a pet for the Serenitea Pot but more importantly, you require six to make The Catch. However, it can be very challenging to find due to it only spawning at certain hours of the day and its single spawn spot. By the end of this guide, you will learn where the Raimei Angelfish fishing location is and when to catch it in Genshin Impact.

Raimei Angelfish Location in Genshin Impact

Once you complete the “Exploding Population” quest and get the Serenitea Pot gadget, you will unlock fishing. You will need to make specific bait that will attract the fish. In this case, the Raimei Angelfish uses False Worm Bait. You can craft ten False Worm Bait with one Slime Condensate and one Berry. You may need to buy the recipe from the Mondstadt Fishing Association.

The Raimei Angelfish can only be caught between the hours of 18:00-6:00 in-game time. They are nocturnal fish and will not appear during any other time of day.

The Raimei Angelfish is only found in one location. This spot is off the east coast of Tatarasuna in Kannazuka, Inazuma. The location is at the shipwreck in the middle of the sea. Currently, the Raimei Angelfish is the only fish that can be caught here. There will be enemies that spawn near the fishing spot, and you will need to defeat them before beginning to fish. Below is a screenshot of the approximate fishing location.

Once you catch six Raimei Angelfish, you can trade them in for The Catch polearm if you also have twenty Golden Koi and Rusty Koi. The Raimei Angelfish is one of the rarest fish in the game and you need multiple to craft The Catch. It may take some time before you get all six!

Genshin Impact is available on PC, Android, iOS, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 platforms.
