Cloud Retainer is a character that has previously appeared in the story, and her human version has already appeared in leaks. Cloud Retainer has been a very important character in Liyue’s story since long before the Traveller began his journey through Teyvat. But the master of Shenhe has only been shown in her Adeptus form, except in the Story Teaser: Echoes of the Heart. In that teaser trailer, Cloud Retainer, or Xianyun, appeared with a design very similar to the one seen in the final image.
